Details
Daniel Pardo is a Colombian anthropologist, traveller and photographer. His photographic work has been based in London UK, Brazil and mainly in exploring the majestic cultural and biological diversity of his home country-Colombia. His photography presents at the same time landscape captures of natural environments, wildlife diversity, and documentary series about human experiences and traditions in different contexts. Accompanied by his Fujifilm mirrorless gear, he combines his human rights job with his photography, travelling to inaccessible and interesting places. Even though he loves deserts, seas, beaches and sunsets, he has a mountaineer's soul. As a photographer, he prefers not staged sceneries but rather spontaneous situations of people and weather. He is convinced that photography cures the soul, and is a powerful tool to connect emotions and document historical events that may not exist in the future. Hoping you will enjoy the site.
